A Plot

The film takes place in Palestine and portrays the lives of freedom fighters trying to free their village from the control of the Israelis. Ahmed (Omar Sharif) is an Egyptian freedom fighter who ends up in this village. There, he meets Salma, a girl from the village. Together they try to save the Palestinians and always escape danger.

Aziza and Sharifa are two friends. They are married to the two friends, Aziz and Refaat. Aziza suspects her husband's behavior, and her friend supports this suspicion. They concoct a plan. Sharifa sends an unsigned love letter to Aziz Pasha and sets him up on a date in the casino.

Hassan (Farid Shawqi) a playboy, whenever his wife Suad (Aqeela Rateb) on his disdain, throws the right of divorce, until three shots were objects, and it became difficult to retrieve them only through the "analyst", and (Hassan) finds his desired in a poor young man Suad was shocked by her car named Wahid (Anwar Wajdi). The marriage is agreed for one night, but things get complicated after Wahid falls in love with her.

Om Koultoum stars in this musical-drama as Fatmah, Nurse to a Pasha who falls in love with his younger brother and marries him in secret. But soon their relationship deteriorates and her husband refuses to recognize the child she expects from him.

Uncle Abdel Fattah forces his nephew Anwar to marry so that he does not deprive him of the inheritance. Hamam is a poor Arabic language teacher who gets sacked from a girls' elementary school for not being able to control mischievous students. A young teacher, Mohamed, rejects a student who happens to be the daughter of Awny, the Minister of Interior. As Mohamed starts working as a journalist and joins the Wafd Party, he learns that Awny has documents that condemn its leader. Mohamed tries to get the incrimating evidence.
