Dr. Hamed decides to marry Ehsan. Ehsan travels with her parents to Hamed's town. Her mother is fed up with Hamed's family and opposes Ehsan's marriage to Hamed because they are below their level. Ehsan decides to run away and marry him, but he refuses. Dr. Hamed settles in his town. His sick mother needs a blood transfusion and her blood type matches Ehsan's. She is saved.

El Mazaher

Haniya lives with her sick aunt. She meets Mahmoud the mechanic and agrees to marry him. Mahmoud and Haniya continue to take care of the sick aunt until her illness worsens.
