The head of the political police suspects them and punishes them to find Ibrahim. Ibrahim refuses to leave the country, returning to fight colonialism and participating in an operation.

In a comedic form, a love story is shared between the widowed engineer Hilmi Abdelkader (Rushdi Abaza), who works in the field of oil and has eight children from his late wife, the young widow Samia Ahmed and the mother of six children. After a long time they hide, get married and begin to put in place a system of life at home to make things go smoothly.

Taken prisoner, he is saved by his young slave, Yasmina, while the Ghafaris are almost completely annihilated. He takes refuge on the ship of the trafficker Mordhom. Having provoked the death of his servant, he is put on trial by Mordhom but acquitted by his peers. Mordhom then lands Igricheff on the coast, and the latter succeeds in saving the Frenchman from an Amiri attack. The two men reconcile and set off on their adventures together.

In Egypt forties and before the 14th of July revolution in 1952, a poor family lives in a prince's palace where the father works as a gardener. The family has two children Ali and Hassan. Joining the army, Ali fights in Palestine while the brother joins the police and is part of the King's guards. Ali gets back from Palestine and joins the secret military movement that will soon rule Egypt, The Free Officers. The revolution starts and the Free Officers are now in charge, putting Ali against his brother as a guard for the king and also against his lover, the prince's daughter as the revolution will confiscate all her family's wealth.

Gasser, who works in one of the quarries, goes to the prostitute Hamida who falls in love with him. Metwally, who works with Gasser in the quarry, loves her, which leads the two men onto a dangerous path.

Hussein Shaker is a man with dictatorial power, he tries to put one of his colleagues under control but he couldn't because of the man patriotism but then he dies and Hussein tries to destroy the man's whole family.

When their rocket somehow manages to land upon the moon, the three hapless space travelers meet Dr Cosmo and learn of the intelligent life that once inhabited the moon but which was all but annihilated by a nuclear war. After Rushdi falls in love with one of the moon girls, they all decide to return to earth but lack enough fuel for the trip and so have to venture to the foreboding far side of the moon to obtain some 'atomic petrol.' Will the crew ever return to the earth?
