The 7th popular series starring Hitoshi Ozawa. Hitoshi Soma, the leader of the Soma group, went to the third chairman, Goichi Yajima, with his feet settled with Keizo Sakai, who planned to take over the Shinseikai, and asked him about the killing of the same gate. On the other hand, the Hanshin Tigers' Murasame prepares to fight with the Soma group because Sakai's Odai was killed, but the chairman, Harimoto, takes measures. The Soma group and the Hanshin Tigers did not appear at the regular meeting of the headquarters. The stage is moved to Kochi, and the conflict between the Soma group and the Hanshin Tigers begins.

The Shimazu Clan of South Osaka, a longstanding yakuza group, built its foundation in the port cargo handling industry and maintained its independence as a traditional gambling syndicate. Tetsuo Sakuragi (Yasukaze Motomiya) formed a brotherly bond with Kenichi Kanamori (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) while in prison and, upon release, began serving as an executive for the Shimazu Clan. However, after two police raids disrupted their gambling operations, Sakuragi interrogates a regular customer, Hirata, and uncovers that it was orchestrated by the Koga Family. Sakuragi and Kanamori confront Tatsumi (Takashi Shigematsu) at his office, who had been manipulating Hirata, but Kanamori is shot by a Koga Family member. The long-standing cold war between the Shimazu Clan and the Koga Family erupts into full-blown conflict...!!

Chairman of the Souryukai, Yukihiro Kawaji (Hitoshi Ozawa), is shielded by Executive Director Takeshi Kanzaki (Hitomi Matsuda) who takes a bullet and is severely injured. The Sakata family holds an emergency executive meeting, attended by Detective Umezawa (Hoka Kinoshita) from the Fourth Investigative Division, to deny any involvement. Meanwhile, at the Souryukai, Vice Chairman Shinji Wakamiya (Kazuyoshi Ozawa) and the others begin to prepare for retaliation against the Sakata family. The tension between both sides rapidly escalates — following emergency surgery, Kanzaki narrowly escapes death. Then, at Kawaji's command, the battle finally ignites!!

Six years have passed since Tetsuo Sakuragi (Yasukaze Motomiya) became the Wakagashira of the Shimazu Clan. One day, Sakuragi becomes the target of an assassination attempt by Mamoru, the son of the disbanded Morita Clan's leader. Though Sakuragi is shot, his injuries are not life-threatening. Understanding Mamoru’s dire circumstances, Sakuragi chooses to let the matter slide. However, the incident throws the Shimazu Clan's headquarters into chaos. Meanwhile, Hidetoshi Kaji (Hitoshi Ozawa), the leader of the Koga Family, interrogates Shimazu Clan member Takuzo Katsuya (Yoshimi Tachi) and learns about Mamoru’s involvement. Determined to settle the score, Kaji storms the Matsuno Association, the group that inherited the Morita Clan’s remnants, but fails to locate Mamoru. Relentless, Kaji has Matsuno’s members monitored, tracks down Mamoru’s whereabouts, and ultimately abducts him...

The yakuza world has entered an age of war. In Owari, Nobuhide Oriki (Tokuma Nishioka) pushes for unification, while his son Nobunaga (Hitoshi Ozawa) seizes territory by force. Targeted for assassination and detained by police, Sakuragi faces escalating conflict. The feud claims lives, including members of Hidetoshi Kaji's (Hitoshi Ozawa) Koga Family. Remembering Tokuma's wish to avoid internal bloodshed, Sakuragi withdraws from the race, vowing to step away. Yet, his decision may not bring an end to the turmoil...

However, the truth is that the assassinations were carried out by Narita, a young head of the Kurokawa clan, at the request of a member of the ruling party. Narita plots to turn the disturbance into a war between the Morisada clan and Fujioka Sogyo...

The war between the Morisada clan of the Keihin Rengo and the Fujioka Sogyo of the Kurokawa clan seemed to have ended when Yasuda, a young leader of the Morisada clan, killed Fujioka, the leader of the Fujioka Sogyo.
