When Himuro saw the suicide note, he became suspicious and concluded that it was the work of Tsurumi of the Marukami-kai, who was the first to discover it. Finally, the president of the Osaka Namba-kai, Masami Yukimura (Takashi Ukaji), reveals himself, and the story is about to connect to a new bloodline!

Within Kyowakai, Wakagashira-hosa Kijima becomes isolated, while former Kudo-gumi members plot a return by targeting Chairman Kawatani (Hitoshi Ozawa). Meanwhile, Ryoichi (Shin Koyanagi), son of the first Gonda-gumi boss, is released from prison and placed under Himuro’s care—bringing new uncertainty.

Meanwhile, Kawatani (Hitoshi Ozawa) is attacked by a hitman sent by Watanabe, the former Kyowakai HQ chief plotting a comeback. Isolated within the executive ranks, Kijima confronts Watanabe but gradually wavers under his influence. Across Japan, tensions rise: in Kanto, Mita (Shun Sugata) and Wakamiya (Hideyuki Kawahara) move on land acquisitions tied to a casino bill; in Okinawa, internal strife erupts; in Shikoku, a boss’s retirement sparks unrest. Yakuza nationwide begin positioning themselves for the coming conflict.

Tension continues at the Kyowakai headquarters. Kawatani, Himuro, and Tamura are unable to hide their anger and confusion at the events that occur one after another, such as Shibuya's death and a series of absentees from meetings. Meanwhile, in Kobe, a new anti-chivalry group is starting to move. However, Baba, who plays the role of chairman and does not know about Shibuya's death, postpones the official raising of the company.

The conflict between Reiji’s sense of justice and Kanemaru’s vision of leadership traces its origins back to a tragic incident during the era of the 11th-generation boss, Kiryu Washio (Shinzo Horita).

Fujio and Tsukasa were students from Oya High School, but Fujio had to move to a school in the countryside where his grandfather lives to take care of him. While in the institute new students will try to take control.
