It's Christmas and the 7 Year old Hector is traveling with his parents to France in order to visit his grandmother. He is not pleased because it's always boring there. After his father found that "eternity" is a missing word in his crossword and an old woman described it as a timeless place, Hector writes a letter to the three wise man making the wish that he would rather travel to eternity that to France. His wish comes true.

After the failure of her marriage, Iris goes back to her hometown during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), where she becomes a war photographer.

After a period of inactivity, Crisanto, a police inspector, returns to the service. When a friend of his is murdered, he decides to take over the investigation.

Luys Forest is a writer with a Falangist political past. He lives isolated in a coastal town, writing his memoirs (actually rewriting and adapting his autobiography with the times), and brooding over his failed marriage. His sister is worried about him and decides to send her daughter Mariana to stay with him. Mariana and a seemingly mute and artistic lesbian companion come to town to shake the stable world of Luys with their free and uninhibited ways. Soon begins a game of seduction that ends up exposing the intellectual game of Luys.

"Ferida arrel MMM" is a collective film around the figure of the Catalan poet Maria Mercè Marçal composed by filmmakers of different generations who deep into her life and work with the intention of reflect the construction of female identity. But isn't just a simple tribute to Mercè, is also a mirror in which the directors experience their own reflection from Marçal views and proposals. A poet, translator, teacher, feminist, intellectual, mother... crossed in the mirror for multiple (re) construct a genealogy of women in pictures. A mirror identified as a woman and artist who talks about motherhood, language, female body, memory, popular tradition, nature, art, lesbian love, disease, death.
