A “film-noir” on double identity and role reversal. A man is looking for a woman to love. He finds her in a seedy bar and persuades her to marry him. The day she decides to flee… he kills her. To ward off suspicion, he moves in with the sister of the deceased.

Film is about the undercover assignment of a BKA officer as the bodyguard of a drug baron. His job is to gather information to put a stop to the cartel. But unfortunately everything goes wrong, "The Bodyguard" is exposed and eliminated in Turkey. He survives, returns and wants to complete his mission despite betrayal within his own ranks.

Atze, Lutz and Sulli have no work. Day after day, they idle away their time in a backyard. When Vera Rohleder wants to meet her husband Bernhard at the airport where he should arrive from Moscow, she is not successful. Later she is told that Bernhard died in a tragic traffic accident. She flies over to Moscow to identify the corpse, but the dead man shown to her doesn't seem to be her husband. When she tries to find out what really happened she gets to meet Andrej Bubka, a Moscow militia officer, who also looks for her husband. Vera cannot believe what Bubka tells her about the reasons why her husband has disappeared.
