Badavara Bandhu

Chengumani is commander-in-chief in the 18th-century Coorg region of present-day Karnataka. He becomes the king's commander-in-chief after saving his life, but his life gets complicated when he falls in love with Poovi and marries her in disguise. The movie was dubbed in Telugu as Prachanda Bheri. This was also Rajkumar's first cinemascope movie.

Due to her mother's disapproval, Usha has to leave her lover and get married to a man she does not love. However, fate brings the estranged lovers face to face again. The film is based on the short story Naanu Neenu Jodi by A. R. Anand.

Based on a novel of same name by K Puranik, which is loosely based on real life events of Appanna, a rural shehnai artist from Karnataka. Appanna, falls in love with a dancer, Basanti. But when Basanti dies, things changes a lot for Appanna.

The movie was dubbed in Tamil as Ezhumalaiyan Dharisanam and in Telugu as Sri Tirupatikshetra Mahatyam (1977).

One day while his mother packs his lunch, he finds out that it was poisoned, it did not affect him, but it kills another colleague. His mother, relieved to find out that Ajay is alright, is more concerned about Cobra, who was also sent some food. Ajay is baffled as to why his mother would feed a senile criminal, and he sets out to find out why. The truth will devastate him, make him lose his job, and change his outlook on life forever.

Mayura challenges an arrogant wrestler and defeats him. Though never formally trained he has only learned techniques of wrestling by observing others. As a Brahmin he is required to study Vedas yet he is deeply interested in martial arts. Ranga Jetti, the premier wrestler in Kanchi, takes him under his wing and trains him. He also then learns that he is in fact the son of Raja Chandravarma, the Kadamba king who was deceitfully killed by the Pallava king, Sivaskandhavarma. Upon learning of his illustrious lineage, Mayura dedicates himself to overthrow the Pallava yoke. Returning to Banavasi in the guise of a merchant Mayura builds an army and conquers both Banavasi and the Telugu speaking regions around Srishaila, thus building a vast kingdom.

Kishan Srivastav and his wife Jaya move to rural Ramgarh, and upset the criminal activities of Thakur Dayalum a local police officer. In their attempts Kishan ends up being framed for a murder by Thakur Dayalum.
