The love story of two young people living in the final days of the Byzantine Empire. The Ottoman Empire has set its sights on Constantinople. The Byzantine Empire, wanting to take precautions, asks for help from Western countries. The Pope makes the union of the Orthodox and Catholic churches a condition for the unity of the people. Some of the people oppose this situation and revolt. George, who escaped after being taken prisoner by the Ottomans, joins the uprising. George, who is Catholic, meets an Orthodox woman named Anna that day. He falls in love with Anna at first sight. George and Anna, who belong to two different denominations, will experience love during the days when the Ottoman Empire invades Byzantium.

Eastern Anatolia 1983: Rayna is an American university professor. She travels to Eastern Turkey to research the political situation. As part of her research, she visits a village in the company of a politically involved leftist writer. On the way back, their minibus is ambushed by a Kurdish outlaw.

Sevda Erses is a singer who has devoted herself to Turkish classical music and strives to be principled in her work. She is careful not to go beyond professional relationships with her boss and listeners, which is why her career has stagnated. As part of her Anatolian tour with a company, Erses also gives concerts in a small town. The singer not only receives great interest from the local people but also unintentionally captivates the town's leader. However, her heart belongs to an engineer she met in the same town.

1926, Turkey. Anatolia is undergoing a difficult and harsh process marked by turmoil and uncertainty. Alongside the decisive and conscious directives to establish the new infrastructure of the new Turkey, there are also examples of resistance that cause an unstoppable reaction and unhealed wounds. Amidst the political backdrop revealed by this process, which operates with the indifference of a broken clock, individual stories continue to unfold with all their human qualities, and personal conflicts persist in highlighting negativity.
