In the sequel to Tatar Ramazan, the events begin with Ramazan's arrival at the Adana closed prison. Abdurrahman Çavuş, who has established a feudal system in prison for years, and his right-hand man Akseli Bey have oppressed the prisoners. When Tatar Ramazan's reputation reaches the prison, the two worry that the cycle of robbery will come to an end. Their fears are justified. The oppressed prisoners, however, see Ramazan as their savior.

In 1942 during the time of war, Tatar Ramazan goes to jail because murder after argument on lands. When he gets out, he finds out that the life outside is much harder.

The film takes on Ali, a member of a wealthy family, and his shared infatuation with a night club worker by the name of Tülay. Ali and Tülay want to get married. Though Ali’s father disapproves of the union at first, he eventually gives in. But the owner of the night club that Tülay works at, Ejdar Hasan, also has his eye on her. Hasan proposes a large sum of money to Tülay as a measure to convince her not to get married to Ali. When Ali’s father ups the offer, Hasan resorts to other plans. The day of the marriage, Hasan and his men cut off the wedding motorcade. In the conflict that arises, Ali’s father is killed. In retaliation, Ali kills a few of Hasan’s men, and lands himself in prison. During the transfer from the courthouse to prison, Ali escapes in order to exact his revenge

Şahin, taking his comrade Hasan with him, sets out to track down his son's killers.

Bekir accepted the murder of his younger brother, who had come on leave from Germany, and came to Istanbul, but despite this, his blood enemy followed him.

When he is released, his first task is to find his friends, for whom he went to prison, and get his share, but nothing goes as he expected. His beloved friend does not return the money and, moreover, has introduced Ferdi's girlfriend Türkan to drugs. Ferdi swears an oath to rescue his girlfriend and get his money back.
