Set during the Russian Empire’s occupation of the Caucasus, the film follows the heroic struggle of the Caucasian Turks against Tsarist forces. The story centers on Sheikh Shamil, who leads the resistance, and the masked avenger known as the “Caucasian Eagle,” as they confront the brutalities of Commander Boris and navigate complex alliances and betrayals.

A man who has been wanted by the police for a long time disguises himself as a stowaway and hides on a passenger ship. The owner of the passenger ship, where he hides in a cabin, is the spoiled daughter of a wealthy family who has been abandoned by her fiancé. The girl meets the young man hiding on the ship and takes a liking to him. When they arrive in Istanbul, she introduces the young man she has been with throughout the journey to her family. The wealthy family hosts parties at their home for their friends. The girl's boyfriend also attends these parties. However, the man, who is not accustomed to such society parties, cannot seem to fit in.

As he fights to bring the villain down, he finds time to enjoy the numerous Turkish beauties who disrobe for him.

Kilink proves to be the most perfect Fantomas of them all, changing disguises more often than he changes socks. At the same time, it's raining gorgeous ladies all over the place. Most of them rivals....All of them falling for him or off balconies, pushed by him. In a brilliant sequence, he punches a treacherous pussycat, strangles her with his bare hands and chucks her off a balcony. The film features the classic torture-the-tied-woman scenes. In one of them, even a snake is used for a quicker confession. Endless shootouts, car chases, murders, beat ups and plot twists make this sequel one of the best Turkish auctioneers ever.
