A fresco mixing the satirical, the surreal and the fantastical to portray the social and political evils of today’s Korea. A gas mask-wearing serial killer is spreading terror. The man behind the mask remains a mystery. The killer is everywhere or perhaps he is simply inside each of us. –Venice Film Festival

A woman makes clothes. Someone from an underground cell intrigues her work. She gets mad. But she doesn't know yet who she gets mad at.

Footage from the making/screening of Kim Gok & Kim Sun's Capitalist Manifesto

In an underground laboratory, a brain experiment is underway. In an abandoned coal mining area, casino creditors are being murdered. Those who inherit credit are now waiting to enter the casino.

Suicidal Variations shows a woman in a state of total despair after she kills a man. His decapitated head follows her and she decides to escape by committing suicide.

An intellectually, aesthetically and politically challenging short film.

A woman makes clothes in a basement but someone keeps interfering with her. She is angry but she doesn't know who she's being angry at. 'She' is actually a manikin and she's about to kidnap someone to ask for ransom money. The energetic and lively editing and sound are much alike Kim Gok and Kim Seon's previous work but their message to society is very direct and straightforward. The highlights of this movie are the unique narrative structure that twists the typical customs and the eccentric images.

Time-Consciousness offers four mutually contradictory versions of a series of events. The constant factors are a middle-aged poet with a gammy leg, a prostitute who may or may not be dead, and the woman’s humble room (which may or may not be tidy), where the poet does his writing. Asking "What did happen at 9:20 that evening?," the film underlines the unreliability of memory and the impossibility of objectivity.

Each 'someone' creates their own 'something'. However, the 'somethings' of those 'someones' are all the same. And ultimately, those 'someones' are also 'someone'. But each 'someone' produces a unique sound. The combination of those sounds is like the 'something' created by those 'someones'. The process of blending each person's unique sounds to create a melody is another act of creation.

Flesh to digress, impulse to degress.

"Korean defender of law and order, Podori (Korean Police Mascot), starts a new day. Now he is preparing his new legs which are almost ready to be combined to his upper body. He is so excited to meet his father with his precious invention tomorrow! His father will be very proud of him, he believes. However, rats suddenly appear and attack his legs. He tries to stop them, but they keep on gnawing his almost-ready lower body. He finally decides to fight against the rats."
