Itoda-gumi was excommunicated from the Mishima-gumi, but the situation changed completely when Ando (Hitoshi Ozawa) was welcomed as a wakagashira. He succeeded in destroying the Mishima-gumi by inviting an internal strife in the Sekishin Houkou Renmei to overthrow him. However, Mishima (Shunya Nagasawa), who sees Ando as dangerous, continues to attack him.

Genji (Kazuyoshi Ozawa), a misfit of the Rindo-kai, spends his nights drunk in the shadows of Asakusa. The only one who truly cares for him is Yumeko (Yoko Kamon), a dancer at the Rock-za theater.
