Determined to change things up, she leaves Foon and his hostesses with no choice but to transform and modernize in order to breathe new life into their business. Little do they know, a powerful conglomerate has been pulling the strings all along to shut down Club EJ for good. To save their neon empire, Foon and V must join forces and make an epic last stand with the hostesses against what seems to be inevitable doom.

Hong Kong's high-speed rail link, the demolition of Choi Yuen Village, the impending budget and the influence of the global Occupy movement are at the centre of independent filmmaker Lo's timely measure of the city's pulse. Ostensibly the third entry in a trilogy that began with 21 years after. (2010) and to be continued (2010), which also captured public reaction to watershed moments in Hong Kong's political life since 2009. The documentary was built upon the material used in its previous installment (to be continued, 46 minutes). It disproves the notion of a passive Hong Kong in a chronicle of a generation poised for massive social change.

Fong Ka-Man, has been leading a middle class lifestyle. One day, during a heavy rain in the dusk, bearing the fear of illness, she is unwillingly staying away from the rain inside the tunnel. She first encounters a weird tramp, and then a young farmer who is rushing to deliver his harvest. It’s about how the “normal” passes by the “abnormal”. What makes them “normal” and “abnormal” seems to be realistic, but maybe it is just a void. Fong Ka-Man is anxious to find an exit from the difficult circumstance, but accidentally she finds out that what she yearns for is the disappeared end of this city.

One day Pak, a taxi driver who refuses to retire, meets Hoi, a retired single father, in a park. Although both are secretly gay, they are proud of the families they have created through hard work and determination. Yet in that brief initial encounter, something is unleashed in them which had been suppressed for so many years. As both men recount and recall their personal histories, they also contemplate a possible future together.

Falling petals, flying snowflakes, fragments of memory…all are transient just like our dreams. Without thoughts, there need not be a concrete plot or captivating story to tell. Just as philosopher Zhuang Zi wrote--the fools think they are awake. Each scene and image exudes illusion and fantasy. The absence of plot and dialogues allows freedom in interpretation and clarity. The symphony of images becomes a poem for the audience to treasure. Cinema is dreamy in nature, allowing the true poetic spirit to thrive—when we rid ourselves with thoughts.

Yunnan girl Xiangnan, coming from a poor family, was married off to Hong Kong in exchange for a generous dowry. She lives in the remote area of Lau Fau Shan with her elderly husband. As a stranger in a foreign land, Xiangnan feels lost both in Hong Kong and back home, unable to find a space of her own. She dreams of escape, yet feels trapped like a small boat adrift in the sea, tossed by the waves with no way forward or back. In her helplessness, Xiangnan begins to converse with different versions of herself, searching for a place to coexist with herself. Birth and death, unity and separation, living and survival—all dissolve into silence. The story unfolds in scattered, fragmented memories, mostly reflecting Xiangnan’s daily life. The narrative shifts between the perspectives of her mother, Xiangnan as a child, and Xiangnan herself, moving through different spaces in Lau Fau Shan—sometimes in contrast, sometimes in harmony.

Ah Choi has a complicated relationship—she is attached to her boyfriend, Ah Wood, yet weary of their daily interactions, and is drawn to new and fresh ideas. Though she feels lonely, she also cherishes solitude, caring for her own solitary shadow, drifting between two extremes. Wah Chi teaches at an international school and enjoys writing poetry. After her family emmigrated abroad, she lives alone in her old home, accompanied only by a cat. Dreams, daily life, and poetic sensibility gradually blur together, turning into a series of images. The diversity and fleeting nature of modern society have caused them to lose their sense of time and connection.

Before navigation systems existed, those who went to sea relied on lighthouses to recognize each coastline. By the frequency of a lighthouse's flashing, sailors knew land was nearby, and home was not far away. With a glance, they could tell the direction of home. The lighthouse has stood on the island for over a hundred years, always lighting the way for those returning. To the wanderers far away, and to the lighthouse guiding the way by the shore.

Sherman is a journalist working on a feature story about Kintsugi, the ancient Japanese art of repairing ceramics with powdered precious metals, a manifestation of the Japanese philosophy of embracing the flawed or imperfect. As she learns of a Japanese Kintsugi master's arrival in Hong Kong, she arranges an interview with him and brings along some broken ceramic pieces to the Kintsugi lessons. Sherman unexpectedly runs into her ex-boyfriend, Chun, whom she has not seen for a long time. Because of Sherman's feature, the two are re-acquaint with each other. Sherman is troubled about Chun’s entering her life again. The shattered pieces and the broken relationship - can all that be repaired?

As a long-standing bar prepares to close, owner Hung and his young staff member Yip set out to return unclaimed bottles of wine to their owners. The story is about the future in Year 2060 where a Time Limit Law is implemented in a certain country. Everything that is done including dating is limited by time. The protagonist realizes the Law was created to control the people's means and joins a revolution to overthrow the Time Limit Law.
