Pyrus: The Greatest Santa Clause

Pyrus is a young elf who lives in The Danish National Archives, where Chief Archivist Birger Bertramsen work alongside his new assistant Josefine Brahe. The young elf lives together with the old Archivist elf Gyldengrød and the elf girl Kandis, who just moved in and the. Pyrus complains that he cannot get Christmas-presents, as Santa Claus doesn't give presents to elf's. Pyrus tries to conjure him with the help of a magical book to talk to him, but unfortunately Santa Claus is already in the National Archives when he does, which results in Clause losing his memories. Now the elf's must help Clause regain his memories by visiting historical events using the books in the archive. They meeting Saint Nicholas (the predecessor of Santa Claus), La Befana (who comes bearing gifts in Italy) and the American Santa Claus.

One Big Family

One Big Family is a Danish television series in 12 episodes, first broadcast in 1982-1983. The series was directed by Bent Mejding, while the script was written in turns by Lise Nørgaard, Paul Hammerich and Jane Aamund. The series is produced by Nordisk Film for Danmarks Radio.

Emma's Shadow

Emma (Line Kruse) is an eleven year-old only child from a wealthy Danish family. Emma's parents seem more interested in their own interests than in her. One evening when Emma overhears her mother talking about how tragic it must be to have your child kidnapped, Emma decides to stage her own kidnapping. She soon meets Malthe, a kind-hearted, child-like, naïve sewer cleaner who literally stumbles on to her. She convinces Malthe that she is a Russian princess whose family is being chased by Bolsheviks, so Malthe lets Emma stay with him in his very modest abode. After being "kidnapped" for a few days, Emma decides to return home. But, just as she is about to return, she overhears a couple of servants talking about how her parents don't seem to be very upset over her dilemma....

Pixie Panic

By chance, Pyrus has found Gyldengrød's old laboratory, which has been locked up for many years. Krusø shrinks to the size of an elf and tumbles around confused in the archive. Krusø comes into possession of the elves' magic book, which enables him to conjure himself into various books. And misfortune befalls the country's prime minister as Krusø tours the telephone directories, the overview of traffic planning in Copenhagen, and worst of all, the finance bill itself. Pyrus is unhappy. For once, he tried to do the right thing, and now everyone is even more angry with him than before. How can he make amends? He must accomplish something truly great.

Camping

Per is a traveling man who makes a living setting up new campsites—financed by a rather clueless telephone company and a gawking power plant. Søren has been in prison for eight years for bank robbery—but now he is free and ready to retrieve the buried money. To his great despair, he sees the campsite right where the loot is buried. Together with his greedy girlfriend and her four children, he tries to come up with a plan – but it will take a lot of imagination to get hold of the money.

The show is broadcast live from Bremen, the former Private Theater in Copenhagen, and is followed by Casper Christensen's talk show ALOHA! sent from the same place. Live from Bremen is inspired by the American sketch and satire show Saturday Night Live.
