Bhishma is a 1962 Indian Telugu-language Hindu Epic film, based on the life of Bhishma from the epic Mahabharata.

Pazhani has two children — Chandiran and Meena. Meena is married. Chandiran loves Pankajam. His father and grandmother want him to marry a relative girl, Thangam, who is very helpful to the family. But Chandiran marries Pankajam defying them. Although brought in for comic relief, the ever-loveable J. P. Chandrababu and his milkman character became the real irresistible pull of this family melodrama. Director A. Bhimsingh—a rare talent to have successes in both South Indian and Hindi cinemas—masterfully blends lightness and pathos.

At the command of tyrannical Kampanna Dora, Chief Jayanth raids many villages in the region to loot them of their food, livestock, and wealth. When a village girl Shanta slaps him, his whole perspective on life changes.

Some producers from Andhra wanted to produce a tamil film featuring MKT. They produced Syamala in 1953 with MKT in the lead role. MKT and S.S.Koko were the only tamilians in this film. Rest of them were all from Andhra. Popular among them were Relangi and S.Varalakshmi. MKT for the first and last time in his life acted with a moustache and resembled very much the famous telugu screen hero, A.Nageswara rao! Shyamala is a 1952 Indian, Tamil-language film directed by B. A. Subba Rao.[2] The film featured M. K. Thyagaraja Bhagavathar and S. Varalakshmi in the lead roles.

A pair of twin brothers is separated at birth and one becomes a police officer while the other, a gangster. However, when they reunite, they decide to avenge their father's murder.

Maavari Manchitanam (transl. My Husband's Goodness) is a 1979 Indian Telugu-language drama film, produced by A. Pundarikakshaiah and directed by B. A. Subba Rao. It stars N. T. Rama Rao and Vanisri, with music composed by Master Venu. The film is a remake of the Hindi film Do Anjaane (1976), itself based on the novel Ratrir Yatri by Nihar Ranjan Gupta.

Sati Savitri is a 1978 Telugu-language Hindu epic film directed by B. A. Subba Rao. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Krishnam Raju, Vanisri and music composed by Ghantasala & Pendyala Nageswara Rao. It is produced by A. Sankar Reddy under the Lalitha Siva Jyothi Studios. The film is based on the story of Savitri and Satyavan.
