"The Winter That Changed" is a documentary about the events that took place on Euromaidan during the Revolution of Dignity.

Participants of the protests will remember how the Maidan self-defense arose. One of the heroes of the film is Thomas from the group "Mandri", who, being an active participant in Euromaidan, participated in the delight of the Ministry of Culture. The fact that people had to physically defend themselves, defending themselves from their own power, director Konstantin Klyatskin calls a phenomenon that is difficult to fit in the head...

Starting from a picture of her apartment in Kyiv, filmmaker Mariia Ponomarova remembers the life she has lived there. In three conversations with her mother and her friends, they reminisce about sleepovers, the view from the window and drunken nights on the rooftop. Through these memories, she begins to reclaim the image of her home.

The boring every day life of a single 45 year old lady, tired of her job as a linguist, of fruitless searches for an apartment for her son, of loneliness and the absence of a man's attention. Her real estate manager friend offers her to do something new and attend a special massage course. But the decision to accept isn't as straight forward as it seems.

In a train compartment rushing through snow-covered fields, a married couple is traveling—a sharp-tongued wife and her unhappy husband. The clinking of spoons in cup holders, the slamming of doors, the annoying radio—everything is as usual. However, the train suddenly stops at a small station where there is nothing but, perhaps, an ice cream...

Two loners are running in the park, both are keeping their rhythm and tempo. Their ways are crossing and the run is becoming something more than the regular change of inhaling and exhaling. However, this run will leave one of them out of breath.
