Path to the Kingdom

Soledad is a famous singer who, one fine day, decides to turn her life around and enter a convent to help others. The press and her family are baffled: now, the great figure of Spanish singing has become Sister María de la Asunción and works caring for the sick in a hospital that has serious financial problems. At first, everything is difficult, but the intrepid nun manages to get ahead through courage and generosity.

Tierra y cielo

Clara, determined to earn her living and be valued for herself, leaves his rich father's home, changes her name and takes a room. While copying paintings at El Prado Museum, she meets Juan, who is also hiding his identity, pursued under charge of murder.

After several failed attempts, including the throw from the Roman aqueduct of Segovia, he decides to take advantage of his decision and get rid of a society that has been hostile. Remake of a 1942 film by the same director, Rafael Gil.

César Neira, an almost forgotten Spanish actor, gets involved by chance with Teresa, a teacher from a small village in the province of Cáceres, who has won a radio contest. The prize is a trip to Madrid to experience just for a fortnight the life of the famous and wealthy people.

The Nail

Mare nostrum

The Spanish merchant "Mare Nostrum", captained by Ulises Ferragut, docked in September 1939 at the port of Naples to repair a breakdown. Walking through the ruins of Pompeii, Ferragut meets Freyra, an enigmatic and beautiful woman of whom she instantly falls madly in love, unaware that the girl is in fact a dangerous spy of the Third Reich.
