The Master

The film tells a story of two scrap pickers - the title hero Edi and his friend Jureczek. Edi is wrongly accused of having raped the girl whose brothers have got the control over one of the city areas. Edi is severely punished for that but he accepts his fate taking care of the girl's child.

The saga of the Winny family through 100 years. The action begins on the eve of World War I in 1914 and ends in modern times.

Grandfather's wife unexpectedly leaves him for another man and this sparks a series of events. His son and grandson arrive from abroad and set of for a journey to find a woman dear to each of them.

Pola is at the peak of popularity - at the age of only 22, she fills the halls at her concerts and is very successful in the music industry. One day, after one of her performances, the girl under the influence of alcohol causes a car accident. To hush up the case, the star's father, and at the same time the star's manager, places her in an addiction therapy and treatment center, where the singer is forced to do community service. Soon there he meets Borys - a charismatic instructor, famous for his unconventional methods of work.

Martyna and Wojciech form a seemingly happy relationship. However, it is only a façade hiding a cruel truth. Martyna's friend Alicja is a single mother of 20-year-old Daniel, who is the apple of her eye. Alicja is unable to accept that her son has his own life. One day Daniel meets Adelina. A puzzling story in which we ask ourselves not only who killed and why, but above all who died!?
