During the tumultuous year after the attack on Pearl Harbor, a group of University of Hawaii ROTC students navigate wartime Hawaii and fight discrimination.

Some people have perfect relationships. Some people agree on their Netflix choices. Some people just can’t break into dance at the mall. These are not some people.

After being sent to stay with his grandfather, a Cheyenne teen uncovers a connection to his family and community in a way he never thought possible.

A down-and-out food delivery driver, Josh, and a fiery restaurant worker, Kayla, team up for a comedic and chaotic night of deliveries. Demanding customers, stolen sushi, and the festive mayhem on Christmas Eve push some life back into their lives and get them to dream just a bit more. Set in urban Honolulu, DASHER is a local take on what’s likely a nationwide story for young people living the gig economy – where working long hours just to get by discourages any life beyond the next gig.

Six Kānaka ʻŌiwi (Native Hawaiians) share their voyages in and out of diaspora. Their collective moʻolelo (story) wades through hope, grief, wisdom, and the effects of the illegal occupation of their homeland. They share the pull they have felt to return to Hawaiʻi and ka ʻāʻumeʻume (the struggle) to stay.

Ola (Hawaiian for 'life, well-being'), is a feature length documentary which explores the widespread social factors that helped create Hawaii's health care crisis, and offers an intimate look at individuals who have, in the face of these challenges, brought hope to their communities.

A documentary on the origin, meanings and uses of the gesture. The shaka sign is reputed to be over a century old, but its origins are the stuff of myths and legends. It turns out that kupuna (Hawaiian elders) have kept the story secret for almost a century. Why? They didn't want it told incorrectly or commercialized. But given advancing age and a world in need, they decided it was time to share the story.
