Tamagotchi_Balé is about affective dystopias, the end of erotic experience, narcissism and algorithms. Following a logic of hyperlinks, which mixes dream narratives, extensive research on neoliberal subjectivity, companion devices, 1990s films and video games, two women try to establish a relationship on green screens of Zoom. The Tamagotchi was born from an alien plant and is the first experience of a relationship with a machine that my generation has experienced.

A hybrid being arises in a forest exploited for its latex and, together with other imaginary and real entities, tries to survive amid the destruction of the world as we know it, clinging to what may exist after its end.

A delirious report presented by a hybrid being - Reptile Jaca Woman - intertwines screens, plants, fruits, internet, cells, cell phones and virtual animals.

In my dreams the screens are made of flesh.

A green, red, or ocher monster can suddenly rise on Vulcano.
