Building No. 13

The film narrates the world of fishermen, where they face greed and exploitation by a figure called "Sabti," who exploits the fishermen and takes everything from them, reaping the profits while they receive nothing. Mahmoud (the leader of the Nu'mani tribe) confronts him, refusing to be exploited, but he soon disappears under mysterious circumstances, leading to the cessation of the struggle.

Before the July 1958 revolution, Abu Saeed decides to incite the peasants to rebel against Sheikh Majid Al-Iqtai, who had burned their crops, exploited them, and enslaved them for many years. He succeeds in rallying the people's spirits against him.

The film portrays the Iraqi army's role in confronting Iranian aggression during the war between Iraq and Iran from 1980 to 1988. The film highlights numerous heroic acts of Iraqi army personnel during this conflict.

Nazima, a young woman from Diwaniyah, one of the distant provinces, comes to the capital fleeing the cruelty of her stepmother, Sabriya, who has turned her father against her. Determined to choose her own future and reject the constraints that bind her freedom, she works hard, proves her worth, and builds a life for herself. Though she suffers from loneliness in the capital, she confronts every obstacle and hardship with resilience and strength.

In a peaceful village, the mayor, seeing that the population is bored with tranquility, invents the mystical figure of Rajeh, and tells stories to villagers about the exploits of Rajeh, who kills and maims and steals. One day the mayor tells the villagers that Rajeh is heading to the village itself and they better be careful. Two smart men notice that the mayor was lying and that it is all his imagination. So they go on making good on the fictitious person and steal money and assault the mayor in the dark saying that they were Rajeh. Eventually, an old man with the name of Rajeh arrives in the village, amid public fears. Then it became obvious that Rajeh was merely a seller of rings for weddings and he wanted to marry his son to Rima, the mayor's niece. The two bad guys willingly go to jail for making use of the mayor's joke.

The film follows three Palestinian refugees brought together by dispossession and hope for a better future. Hiding in the tank of a truck, the men attempt to make their way across the border into Kuwait, the "promised land."

A dispute over ownership of a piece of land creates escalating problems between an affluent young girl and a simple employee as both try to win the land. The girl insists on vacating it and he insists on compensation. The girl goes to court and the judge finds a loophole in the case.

A group of rebellious young men living in Baghdad in the 1950s are consumed by feelings of frustration. Among them are Saeed, who is arrested for leading a workers' strike; Sharif, who sacrifices his life defending his principles; and Hamid, who is in love with his colleague Salma and dreams of marrying her. Life unfolds for these young men amidst their challenging circumstances.

In pre-revolution Iraq, in one of its border cities, Jasim is being persecuted by the authorities, and his family is also displaced, while everyone is waiting for a revolution to end their oppression.

The film depicts the biography of King Ghazi, one of the kings of Iraq in the 1930s, who sought to break free from the bonds of British colonization and adopt a nationalist path. This led various parties to attempt his assassination, including the servant Sa'id, who is also disposed of after the assassination. The film also portrays aspects of life in Iraq during the 1930s.

The tale of the legendary hero Antarah Ibn Shaddad, covering the events of his boyhood and how he grew to be a valiant fighter known for his horsemanship, a figure worthy of inspiring young boys to follow in his footsteps.

Based on real events, the film tells the story of an Iraqi pilot who was shot down in Iran during the Iran-Iraq War. As he tries to find his way back, the injured pilot transverses the hostile and dangerous terrain using the stars and the flight of birds to guide him.

A true story that occurred during the Iraq-Iran war, where one of the Iranian shells hit the bride Lamia on her wedding night. The story narrates the reality of the border city (Mandali) situated between Iraq and Iran, where the girl Lamia maintains loving relationships with everyone, highlighting the role of infiltrators like the madman who transmits information about the city to the other side.

Two servants take Ahmed to the airport on his way to England. The plane has a malfunction and Ahmed returns to his mansion but discovers that the two servants have turned it into a hotel that they rent out to tourists. They try to cover it up, but it's already too late.
