The Girls' Alfred

Based on the novel by Edith Unnerstad about a man, Pip Larsson, who invents a new kind of pot which makes a sound when the stuff you are cooking is ready. As he can't pay the bills he and his family get evicted but luckely they have a couple of carriages they can live in and travel round the country, selling the new kind of pots Pip Larsson has invented.

It's the last night of 1899. In Helsingfors they celebrate the new millennium. The students at the university are dancing and among them is Helge Ulfstjerna.

Andersson, Pettersson and Lundström goes out for a long walk with Stockholm as a goal. On the way they buy a lottery ticket and wins a lot of money.

In a magnificent villa a 25-year-old son of Count lives with his family. He falls in love with an elementary school teacher. So does even his father the Count.

This is the story of Olof Svensson who works as a streetcar conductor in Stockholm. In his free time he is a music composer.

Mr. Markurell the innkeeper has great aspirations for his son and he doesn't hesitate to pull a few strings to ensure his son's success at school, causing great scandal in the process.

Winter in Lapland, a settler and his wife just had their newborn daughter baptized. On the way home through the wilderness, they are chased by a pack of wolves. The little baby falls out of the sledge and parents plunges off a cliff.
