Love and suffering

Wahid Safwat is a playwright known for his many female relationships. Wahid meets the rising singer Laila and flirts with her, but she rejects him, so he decides to ensnare her and hides his true identity from her, that he is a famous novelist. The events unfold in a framework of comedic situations.

Zanuba

(Atiya Abu Hadid) is a thug and a thief who leads a gang to commit his crimes. He loves one of the neighborhood girls (Naana’a), who is engaged to her cousin (Al-Atra), a soldier in the army, who goes to participate in the Palestine war, so the atmosphere is clear for Atiya. He devises a plan to make the master (Hassan), Naana’a’s brother, fall in love with Zenouba, a girl whom Atiya exploits for his own despicable purposes.

Society's Enemy

Baghdadi is an honest man, who works in a blacksmithing factory owned by Master Mabrouk. He gets fired from work after he refused to pay royalty to the foreman. He lives a life of destitution with his wife and daughter, which makes him turn to theft, but his first theft leads him to commit murder.

Qesma W Nasib

A university girl wants to get married, but she fails both times she gets engaged for various reasons. Dr. Rajaee’s circumstances prevent him from hastening his marriage to Sally. At the same time, the worker Firdous gets engaged to Ashour, the car mechanic. The family covets Ashour, who fulfills all her needs for Firdous. Sally separates from Rajai succeeds in wooing Ashour.

A drug dealer in love with university student Ikhlas resorts to taking revenge when she refuses to marry him because of her love for Omar.

Afretet Ismaiel Yassin

When a nightclub bellydancer (Katy) is murdered by the nightclub owner's henchmen her ghost wants the killer to be found. Only one problem - she doesn't know who killed her since she was sleeping. Her ghost haunts Ismail Yasin till he agrees to help her find out who's behind the murder.

The famous artist Youssef Fahmy discovers Laila's talent for singing. He encourages her to sing professionally against the wishes of her husband, Wahid, with whom she was living happily, which complicates their relationship.

The Bravest Man in the World

A cowardly, weak-eyed man loses his glasses in the street and suddenly a lion appears in front of him and is believed to be a sheep. He decides to imprison it in a butcher shop to discover that he is imprisoned a lion.

The Flirtation of Girls

Hamam is a poor Arabic language teacher who gets sacked from a girls' elementary school for not being able to control mischievous students. He feels pessimistic about everything in life,but his freind,an employee working for a pasha finds him a job as a private teacher for his only daughter Laila in order to help her pass an exam. Laila treats Hamam like a friend and helps him to appreciate life and enjoy its qualities,and the man soon is drawn to her.

The Single Husband

Ashour is a polygamist who marries for the tenth time the widow, Azhar, which angers his other wives. As he prepares to take yet another wife called Rasmia, he discovers that Rasmia is the daughter of his first ex-wife, Nafisa, which turns his life upside down.

Fatouma

Fatima learns from Dr. Wahid Farid that her husband left her a letter before his death, informing her that he intends to commit suicide. When he goes to Khorshid Bey's house, he is surprised that he is not dead and threatens him with a gun. Wahid pulls out his gun and kills his lover's husband. In front of the police, he tells the story, that he has known Fatima for a long time when she almost committed suicide, but Dr. Wahid gave her hope and asked her to marry him.

Dala ilbanat

An intellectual car breaks down on the road near the house of the simple employee Anwar, so she turns to him to stay with him, and he agrees after insisting, while he was waiting for a visit from the Bashkatib who was going to marry his daughter, which caused him many problems with him. Samira and Huda are sincere best friends. Samira falls in love with Farid, who deceives her and impregnates her, he extorts and threatens to blackmail her after finding out that she is going to marry a rich young man, who is her friend, Huda, brother.
