Two Summers

The legend of Caramuru, a Portuguese man that finds a paradise in Brazil, after stranded by a shipwreck, but has his heart tested when the chance to return to his country comes.

Adelaide and Virgínia met in 1937, a year after the German arrived in Brazil, fleeing the Nazi persecution of the Jews, where she came with her husband and two daughters. Together, they founded and popularized psychoanalysis in Brazil, breaking down barriers and prejudices. They were doctor and patient for 5 years, colleagues for more than 30 years, great friends their entire lives.

Follows the unconventional lives of a Brazilian pop artist who got out of the streets to reach stardom and his manager-wife-choreographer.

The production portrays the dramas, neuroses, and everyday situations of the Brazilian middle class with humor, irony, and a light touch. Each episode presents a standalone story revolving around domestic life, romantic relationships, quirks, and family conflicts.

Brava Gente was a television series aired by TV Globo in Brazil between 2000 and 2003, initially as a special year-end. The program was adapted from stories and national stories, and plays by famous playwrights, screenwriters and signed by a number represented by several actors and actresses. The genres of the stories varied each week with the style of each director or author. Brava Gente in the stories ranged from comedies and dramas. In all 53 episodes were shown, broadcast on Tuesday nights.

Rubem, a rideshare driver with no prospects, receives as inheritance the Pérola Motel, which he soon discovers is a dilapidated building. There, he meets Grace, a former employee who had stayed on living in one of the suites after the motel closed. The scheme quickly becomes both lucrative and dangerous.

Canudos was a small village in northeastern Brazil, founded by the messianic leader Antônio Conselheiro and massacred by a powerful army until the death of the last of its 30,000 inhabitants, on October 5, 1897. The film tells the story of the Canudos massacre from an English cannon, nicknamed by the backlands people "A Matadeira", which was transported by twenty teams of oxen through the backlands to fire a single shot.
