England, 1600. Queen Elizabeth I promises Orlando, a young nobleman obsessed with poetry, that she will grant him land and fortune if he agrees to satisfy a very particular request.

Romantic John the Fool and his friend Foal set out on a series of unpredictable adventures in different magical worlds. The two buddies will have to outsmart an evil tyrant king, catch the firebird, and find John’s true love.

The film is set in 1957. The plot centers on mysterious crimes taking place in a small town, which are being investigated by policeman Balakhnin and KGB officer Mitin.

Somewhere in the Middle East, undercover agent Victor Bystroletov arrives in one of the oil kingdoms posing as an international journalist. His true goal is to contact a former terrorist named Javad. It has been several years since the holy warrior lay down his weapons and disappeared. Interpol is looking for him, as are his former jihad brothers, who have put a death sentence on his head for betrayal.

The action takes place in Victorian England in the last quarter of the 19th century. 27-year-old amateur detective Sherlock Holmes becomes a bystander to a crime along with Dr. John Watson, a military doctor who has just returned from the war in Afghanistan. Considering Holmes a genius, the doctor decides to tell the whole world about his talent and the mysteries he revealed in his stories, where he often embellishes the events («the true story» of which the series presents). Watson is taught to embellish events by the editor-in-chief of the «Morning Chronicle».
