The fantastic voyage of Jefferson Starship is without equal in American rock history. Rising from the remains of the legendary Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship combined the best of the classic Airplane sound with refined elements of contemporary high-energy rock. In this collector's video, charter Airplane members Grace Slick and Paul Kantner join powerful co-lead singer Mickey Thomas, guitar virtuoso Craig Chaquico, Peter Sears, Donny Baldwin and Quicksilver's David Freiberg in a rousing rendition of Airplane and Jefferson Starship greatest hits.

In 1970, the BBC broadcast the TV special, Elton John in Concert. The show featured impressive live renditions of songs that would go on to become classics from Elton’s music catalogue, including a version of ‘Burn Down The Mission’. The track is taken from the Tumbleweed Connection album, also released that same year.

On 25 August 1972, the jazz rock fusion band, Mahavishnu Orchestra, led by guitarist John McLaughlin with musicians Billy Cobham, Jerry Goodman, Rick Laird and Jan Hammer, performed a set of spiritual, intense, instrumental songs from their first album "The Inner Mounting Flame" at the Paris Theatre, London for BBC-TV, accompanied by psychedelic visual effects.

Tiana Alexandra (the only woman to be trained by Bruce Lee) is the innovator of KARATIX, a unique exercise and self-defense training program. It combines elements of dance and combat art disciplines to develop self defense skills which the beginner can learn at home through regular practice. Tiana Alexandra instructs a class in an aerobics studio setting with 80's pop music that was sung and written by herself. She released some music videos in France in the mid 1980's.

The Offspring performs live at the Woodstock '99 festival on July 23, 1999.

Pat Metheny took his 1992 album Secret Story on a concert tour, and a video recording of a live performance at New Brunswick, New Jersey, was issued. This film, also called Secret Story, was re-released on DVD in 2001.

This is the debut of Fourplay, a popular quartet comprised of keyboardist Bob James, guitarist Lee Ritenour, bassist Nathan East, and drummer Harvey Mason. The music sounds more or less like a Bob James small-group date with Ritenour as a major soloist. The style is between jazz, R&B, and pop with an emphasis on lightweight originals, soulful and moderately funky rhythms, and predictable radio-friendly music. Nothing unexpected occurs, but fans of James and Ritenour should enjoy both this CD and Fourplay in general.

With roots in the Los Angeles country & folk-rock scenes, Linda Ronstadt became one of the most popular interpretative singers of the 1970s, earning a string of platinum-selling albums & Top 40 singles. This HBO Special filmed live on 24 April 1980 at the Television Center Studios, Hollywood during her "Mad Love Live" is considered her most iconic LIVE performance as she sings every hit, in the only way she knows how... with power and passion!

Legendary rock 'n' roller Chuck Berry performs at the BBC Television Theatre in 1972. Johnny B Goode, Roll Over Beethoven and Nadine are just some of the highlights of this concert, shown in an extended cut. This version includes, for the first time, an epic rendition of My Ding-a-Ling that carries all before it and raises innuendo to an art form.

Live performance from British rock band Deep Purple recorded at the California Jam festival at the Ontario Motor Speedway in April 1974. Playing to a crowd of over 200,000 people, the band perform hits including 'Smoke On the Water', 'Might Just Take Your Life' and 'Burn'.

The "Rit Special" DVD captures a live concert performance by Lee Ritenour and his band in California, 1984. The concert showcases a mix of jazz-rock and instrumental pieces, with Ritenour leading the ensemble through various moods and musical styles. The show includes both vocal and instrumental tracks, with vocalists Phil Perry and John Massaro sharing the spotlight on some songs.
