A newly remarried widow is accused of having murdered her first husband, who died from arsenical poisoning. Being her present husband a lawyer he takes charge of her defense.

A scientist discovers the formula of a particular resistant steel, and a spy ring from an enemy power sets after him to obtain it.

A woman is told his military husband is considered dead, the truth is he has been transferred to the secret service. When he returns to Spain and they get reunited he ends killing a German spy, and then she gets prosecuted.

Barcelona, Spain. A young man is murdered in the middle of the street in front of the police headquarters. Miguel and Marcial, two agents of the Criminal Brigade in charge of the investigation, find in the victim's room a newspaper where a cryptic classified ad appears.

Andras Pulac, a young pianist, refuses to perform a concert in honor of a senior Soviet leader, as a sign of rebellion against the 1956 invasion of Hungary. His refusal, although he does not know it, harms the organizers of a demonstration against the communist cruelty, since his concert had been chosen like slogan. When Pulac finds out, he agrees to give the concert. Andras and Maria Kondor, the daughter of a communist journalist, are in love and decide to get married before the concert. Meanwhile, communist repression in the streets provokes the anger of the Hungarian people and gives rise to a real revolution.

In a sector of Madrid inhabited by families of a well-off class, a gang of boys and girls has continuous fun, sleep and drink, while their parents ignore practically everything. Comedy consists of three stories about the sudden death of three husbands: a newly married man dies as a result of the excessive enthusiasm of his wife ("Honeymoon"), another because of a fling with a girl too fiery ("The Anniversary" ), and finally, a husband dies because of his greed and stinginess ("Portrait of Regino").

Five men commit a robbery and flee each one for his side. Later they meet in a place to distribute the millions. While they wait for Juan, who is the one who takes the booty, each of them is imagining what it is going to do with his part. But the wait is doing long billiard cue to him and they are becoming nervous thinking that his companion will never appear, remembering they knew since him and since the things were happening up to the current moment.

Dr. Henry Mills a very renowned cardiac specialist, disagrees with his wife, because of their religious beliefs, and more particularly because it encourages his son Ernesto to follow the priesthood. Mills is unfaithful to his wife, Isabel. She knows her husband's betrayal, and he secretly decides to separate, without sharing the marital bed, but keeping a secret from society.
