While Suzaki Saika (Ashida Mana) is hospitalised for poor health, her father, Tamotsu (Totsugi Shigeyuki) feels torn that he has to leave here and go on a business trip. A portrait of Saika’s late mother is placed beside her bed. Her mother had died in exchange for bringing her into this world. Tamotsu puts a paper with his mobile phone number written on it inside an amulet and hands it to Saika. He asks the nurse Tokunaga Maki (Minamisawa Nao) to keep an eye on Saika, and leaves for his trip. One night, a young girl calls out to a lonely Saika who cannot get to sleep. A long-haired girl in a wheelchair in the old wing befriends Saika and plays with her everyday. However, by the time Saika realises it, she has awaken from her sleep. Was that a dream? When she talks about the girl in the wheelchair, Maki’s expression freezes. What happened at this hospital?

Story 1 "A Story That Made Akazu no Ma" Sasaki Aya, the site director of a construction shop, visited the hot spring area after being asked to renovate the banquet hall by a long-established inn, was handed a blueprint by the designer Kijima Souji. Although Aya was suspicious, she started construction, but mysterious events happened one after another at the site. Story 2 "Karaoke Shop with Translation" Oono Yohei, a karaoke clerk, was plagued by strange phenomena that often occur at work. "I want you to guide me to room 8." Yohei guides the woman to the 8th room where Yoshioka is, while feeling the atmosphere. Story 3 "Midnight Mirror Image" There was a strange rumor in the mirror in the corridor of a hospital in Hokkaido. However, for some reason, the people around him did not try to touch the topic. One day, Naoya (Kamiki Ryunosuke), who was admitted to this hospital, wanted to go to the bathroom at midnight and left the hospital room by himself.

Orochi - Blood

The story of Orochi revolves around the life of the Monzen family. Aoi Monzen, a famous, but aging, movie star and Kazusa and Lisa Monzen her two daughters. Aoi hopes for them both to take over her legacy as a star, but Kazusa does not live up to her expectations. The mother is always pitting the girls against one another competitively. As a result, as the years pass, the love the sisters shared grows to a hidden hatred. The movie is based on a Kazuo Umezu manga series which ran from 1969 to 1970.

P.O.V. A Cursed Film

Mirai and Haruna are shooting a show streamed on smartphones which introduces different viewer submitted videos. That day the videos were all of paranormal phenomena, carefully selected alleged accurate accounts of haunted occurrences. In the middle of one video, the image gets interrupted, immediately turning back on to show a footage that was not in the script. The video capture an urban legend rumoured at Haruna’s school. A psychic on the show assesses that a certain demonological ritual must be performed in order to rid the school of this phenomena.
