Summer 2008 special of Scary True Stories (Honto Ni Atta Kowai Hanashi).

The one where they perform an exorcism on Minami Takahashi and stuff. Also the first segment here is Tsuruta remaking the earring story from the original trilogy, so that's pretty cool.

While Suzaki Saika (Ashida Mana) is hospitalised for poor health, her father, Tamotsu (Totsugi Shigeyuki) feels torn that he has to leave here and go on a business trip. A portrait of Saika’s late mother is placed beside her bed. Her mother had died in exchange for bringing her into this world. Tamotsu puts a paper with his mobile phone number written on it inside an amulet and hands it to Saika. He asks the nurse Tokunaga Maki (Minamisawa Nao) to keep an eye on Saika, and leaves for his trip. One night, a young girl calls out to a lonely Saika who cannot get to sleep. A long-haired girl in a wheelchair in the old wing befriends Saika and plays with her everyday. However, by the time Saika realises it, she has awaken from her sleep. Was that a dream? When she talks about the girl in the wheelchair, Maki’s expression freezes. What happened at this hospital?

Honto ni Atta Kowai Hanashi Summer Special 2013 features five chilling reenacted tales: 1. Terror on the Second Floor: Ryu (Suzuki Fuku) sees a spooky woman at home, but his warnings are ignored until a terrifying encounter changes everything. 2. X Hospital: Intern Naoki (Fujigaya Taisuke) faces eerie events at a hospital rebuilt in a cross shape, where horrors lurk at its ends. 3. Hint of a Shadow: Miwa (Fukada Kyoko) sees black shadows that signal tragedy, including her grandfather's death, and one appears during her job interview. 4. Girls High School Major Panic: Teacher Yosuke (Sakaguchi Kenji) investigates a ghost video and a growing crack at school as strange events escalate. 5. The Doll That Moves: Rina (Sashihara Rino) buys a creepy doll, which seems to move and causes sinister happenings, forcing her to confront its dark secret.

A young man trying to become a hairstylist finds the run-down apartment he's in may have a troubled past; A new nurse finds work with an old hospital where her young patient moves a coin around pointing to who will die next; clumsy businessman finds his clumsiness being transmitted to others when he's given a cursed votive tablet; several high school girls visit a friend at the hospital only to find "something" may have gotten on the elevator with them; a pond out in the country sends a strange call out to a man on vacation with his family and finally a young woman having difficulty at her job worries she's seeing images of her dead father everywhere.

Story 1 "A Story That Made Akazu no Ma" Sasaki Aya, the site director of a construction shop, visited the hot spring area after being asked to renovate the banquet hall by a long-established inn, was handed a blueprint by the designer Kijima Souji. Although Aya was suspicious, she started construction, but mysterious events happened one after another at the site. Story 2 "Karaoke Shop with Translation" Oono Yohei, a karaoke clerk, was plagued by strange phenomena that often occur at work. "I want you to guide me to room 8." Yohei guides the woman to the 8th room where Yoshioka is, while feeling the atmosphere. Story 3 "Midnight Mirror Image" There was a strange rumor in the mirror in the corridor of a hospital in Hokkaido. However, for some reason, the people around him did not try to touch the topic. One day, Naoya (Kamiki Ryunosuke), who was admitted to this hospital, wanted to go to the bathroom at midnight and left the hospital room by himself.

Her brutal past surrounding her sister's death inspires her to learn everything she can about detectives, leading her to visit the Suma Research Company. As the sole member of the Anti-Detective Department responsible for investigating and pursuing unethical detectives, she is a solitary lady detective.

One day, trouble occurs between Mitsuko and the restaurant owner Shinoda Shogo and she is fired. She has difficulty finding a new restaurant due to Shinoda’s interference and her over-inflated pride, and ends up creating school lunches for a popular variety programme by a hotshot producer. It was believed to be something easy for Mitsuko, but she meets many obstacles and keeps failing. Moreover, this is aired on TV and made known to the world. Even so, Mitsuko does not give up and starts to create school lunches in order to hear children say her food is delicious and also regain her lost stars.

The beautiful witch chocolatier Aikawa makes a mysterious chocolate that makes your wish come true just by eating it. One day, a high school girl who attends Seiran Gakuen visits Aikawa. The high school girl is told a dangerous contract that "a person who eats chocolate will be deprived of his" most important thing "as a substitute," but she accepts the contract and eats the chocolate. And from that day, mysterious incidents happened one after another in Seiran Gakuen ... On the other hand, Nao Iida, who belongs to the newspaper club of the school, follows those cases.
