On a day in April 1996, four stories play out in the confines of a flat in the heart of Oslo.

Jonas and Emir are members of a criminal gang of 14-15 year-olds in Oslo. The story will focus on Quisling’s final hours, as he sits in his cell at Akerhus Fortress and must be held accountable for his actions and crimes committed in the name of Nazi ideology.
