On a day in April 1996, four stories play out in the confines of a flat in the heart of Oslo.

We follow the TV personality "the giant" Erik Bye in several project the three last years of his life. Even if he got sick the latter months of is life, his thoughts was very much alive.

A final meeting with the life affirming Per Fugelli, who wasn't afraid to speak out on behalf of the weak. A man called the wisest man in Norway died in September 2017. This is his legacy.

The story will focus on Quisling’s final hours, as he sits in his cell at Akerhus Fortress and must be held accountable for his actions and crimes committed in the name of Nazi ideology.
