When both husband and wife find romance outside their marriage, it's a shock to everyone. Robert and Annemarie break up to elope with their respective lovers, only to be thrown together again when they show up at the justice of the peace.

New York Confidential is a British-American crime drama series that aired from 1958 to 1959. The series aired in syndicated in the United States and was broadcast on London's local ITV station, Associated-Rediffusion, in the UK. It was co-produced by ITC Entertainment, Metropolis Productions, Inc., and Television Programs of America.

Two actors and a theater assistant live in modest circumstances in a rented apartment in Budapest. However, the atmosphere is good, and they quote dialogues appropriate to the given situation from the texts of their roles.

Another winner from Hungarian director Ivan Szekely (aka S.K. Seeley and Steve Sekely), A Nosty fiu Esete Toth Marival was released in English-speaking regions as I Married for Love. Feri Noszty (Paul Javor) is a handsome but irresponsible Hussar officer who prefers a life of wine, women and song to his military responsibilities. Unwilling to bow to family pressure, Feri refuses to marry heiress Mary Toth (Eva Szorenyi) for her dowry alone. But Mary falls in love with the prideful Feri, and to win his affections she poses as her own poverty-stricken maid. Based on a novel by Kalman Mikszath, A Noszty Fiu Esete Toth Marival was filmed simultaneously in Hungarian- and German-language versions.

Kato and Paul pose as newly-weds to take advantage of a travel agency's offer of a discounted trip to Italy for the honeymooners. However, Kato hadn't bargained for sharing a bed and room with Paul.

Emmy, the colonel's daughter, visits the army post. The Hussar officers are all contemplating the question of whom Emmy is going to bestow her favours on. So far Pálóczy had the best chances, but now Korponay László, troubled by his indebtedness and his love-affair with an actress, sets his eyes on her.
