How to Disappear Completely

The film is set in one day (the title Monday) in the small Silesian town (Świdnica). Manny (pin) drives a delivery van in the warehouse. His boss (Tomasz Stanko) did not pay him the money, because the liquidity due to lending to people who can not repay their debts to him. Manny calls for overdue payments from the employer, but instead of cash gives him a notebook with the names of their debtors. Six twenty-somethings meet at a lakeside summerhouse. This is their first time getting together since high school. Some of them have started careers, while others have not. Some of them enjoy the pleasures in life, while others vent their hidden frustrations. The seventh character is a young Ukrainian named Solomia who works at the same company as one of the evening’s protagonists, Igor. Solomia is an outsider and is at times an object of hatred on the part of Hubert, who persuades the others, drunk and lost, to take part in an act of violence against the girl.

Mikolaj, 22, together with his girlfriend Anna and partner Krzysiek, manage a literary publishing house in the center of Gliwice. Soon the young couple are to be married, unfortunately they have too little time to prepare for the wedding. The failure of their first book has meant that they must now focus primarily on the publishing house. At the same time, her ex-husband Andrzej arrives in Warsaw to visit his mother Maria. Ksawery is a young gay man who performs as drag queen in a Warsaw nightclub. Karolina is Jewish and seems to be his agent. Jan is Ksawery's lonely grandfather, who's been hiding a dark secret which the couple wants to reveal.

Peter returns to Poland from Iraq war. He is not happy to find his sister living with her lesbian girlfriend in their family home. Brother does not accept his sister's sexual orientation and tries to get rid of her partner, but even the mother defends the girls. Will the family manage to overrule him?
