Taking place in a convent, we follow the story of Sister Sofia whose life takes a grave turn upon the arrival of, the troubled and haunted, Fatima. (Shown in the Sineng Pambansa National Film Festival) A masters' master tribute seeks to honor the memory of Celso Ad. Castillo with the showcase of the last film he directed.

Beginning at the break of dawn and ending the next morning, the story, set around a rugged city intersection, follows the path of a marked one-thousand-peso bill as it transfers from one character to another, returning to its originator in the end, blood-tainted. The money leads us to each of the five offbeat characters, all in desperate need of their soul's redemption: a disillusioned tabloid reporter planning to commit suicide in a motel, a nightclub dancer con prostitute who has avowed to give her kid sister a better life, a fallen henchman resurfacing to score big time, a chronic runaway teenage girl held captive as sex slave by a cop, and a long-suffering son bearing a sadomasochistic relationship with his brutish, half-paralyzed father who behaves like a mad dictator in his wheelchair.

Vanni, a 17-year-old girl, spends her vacation in a seaside village. While looking for her lost puppy, she sees Fiel, a lonesome 50-year-old man. Vanni decides to hang out in the man’s house and a fondness develops between them. However, he has an ailing wife afflicted with cancer.

Gabon, taken from an old Maranao folk lullaby which means “cloud,” tells the story of how far a young Maranao girl takes to heart the promise to her parents that she will finish a school exam. Shot in one day in Marawi, Lanao del Sur, just before the Ramadan, Gabon features an ensemble cast of grades 2-4 students from the MSU Integrated Laboratory School and the alumni of Sining Kambayoka

Joey, a fashion designer, Mikee, a food and travel vlogger, and Ally, an aspiring composer cross their paths in Samar. What seemed to be an ordinary trip for Joey and Mikee turned out to be something more than they presume.

Liwanag sa Dilim focuses in man's inner struggles and the echoing noise of his conscience. Stalked by his own shadow, the character gets embroiled in a plethora of emotions obscuring his ability to make sound, lief-changing decisions. Man is besieged with seemingly endless travails, yet life's paradox brings about a metamorphosis. Come reckoning time, he realizes that only through proper discernment is he able to break through, redeem himself, and triumph.
