The Pontians: New Generation

The daughter of a powerful husband in a mountainous village in Greece is being forced to marry a wealthy villager while loving a poor lad. Her beloved will leave the village, giving an oath to return and marry her.

Gerasimos is a typical example of a family man, living under the oppressive care of his wife, who literally does not let him do anything. But one day another woman enters his life, but unfortunately for him they have a car accident. In order not to be exposed, Gerasimos pretends to have amnesia and thus finds an opportunity to change his life. He throws it out, takes initiative and generally does pretty much the opposite of what he did before. However, this arouses the suspicions of his wife. She, smarter, cuts him off and squeezes him into the housework, which he supposedly did before, making his life unlivable...

Giorikas and Kostikas, Pontian immigrants, return to Greece from Germany. Their goal is to understand why jokes are told about Pontians and who spreads them. They learn that some Pontians are responsible. Kostikas stops the circulation of the jokes until he realizes how sad life is without them, so he allows them to be circulated again.

A shipwrecked man is washed ashore in Mykonos and saved by a hotel employee. He suffers from amnesia and soon becomes romantically involved with his savior. The hotel owner falls in love with him in turn, but reports him to the police as a suspect in murder and antiquities trafficking. However, his innocence is quickly proven and the man returns to the woman who saved him.

Old habits die hard and she soon hits the streets again but it's too late, Christos has become infatuated with Eleana and plans to marry her. Gradually, the pressure and stress of the situation starts to take it's toll on Eleana's sanity and leads to a surreal, nightmarish climax!

At the same time, Father Isychios himself loses the ultimate goal of his mission, being carried away. from the frantic rhythms of entertainment of modern youth and in general the era of disco and nightclubs.
