The series "Achterbahn" is about friendships and the handling of difficulties and problems from children's everyday lives.

Luise was there for her husband and their two children her whole life. In the meantime, however, daughter Charlotte and son Daniel have long since grown up and are able to stand on their own two feet. And since the death of her beloved husband, Luise has been living alone with her faithful housekeeper Rita in the elegant Hamburg villa. In the meantime, not the slightest thing has changed in Luise's strict solicitude.

Tatort is a long-running German/Austrian/Swiss crime television series set in various parts of these countries. The show is broadcast on the channels of ARD in Germany, ORF in Austria and SF1 in Switzerland.

A situational family comedy, wordplay and a whole host of idiosyncratic characters are the ingredients for this both cheerful and emotional film about family ties and love confusion, trust and the ability to let other people have their way.

Jennifer is the capricious daughter of hotel manager Dr. Karl Blankenburg. After all sorts of escapades by the prima donna in Berlin, her father gives his daughter one last chance: to discipline her, he orders her to work as a chambermaid under a false name in his hotel in the countryside. Of course, the spoiled "little one" is quickly overwhelmed by the unfamiliar work and is watched suspiciously at every turn by the housekeeper, Karin Kern.

When he hears that a Türkpop label is looking for a summer hit, he sees his chance. Although this genre of music is completely alien to him, he decides to expand his knowledge in this area in order to find "the" summer hit and be able to pay his rent again. Out of necessity, the lover of Bach cantatas and dark concert halls exchanges his old Berlin apartment for an extended weekend for an apartment in Istanbul
