While their son sleeps, Jazmín and Marcelo pack their bags for their last vacation before separating. Gaspar’s upbringing, possibly within the autistic spectrum, has marked a distance between them. Amidst blame and reproaches, a moment of playfulness emerges, perhaps a bridge to reunite.

Roque starts University in Buenos Aires but he is not particularly interested in attending classes or working towards a degree. Instead, he dedicates his time to one of the many groups vying for control of the university, motivated less by grand political ideals than by a wish to get close to Paula, an attractive young teacher heavily involved in internal university politics.

The story of a young couple, from beginning to end, from the euphoria of falling in love until the final days blurred and dark, is realized with an analytical eye and investigative zeal. A sunny morning in Buenos Aires. All seems quiet, but then an odd race begins: a variety of people are after a backpack. A little army of seekers surprises us at every corner. Suddenly, a lonely bureaucrat (Mapache) is involved in this adventure, and new, mysterious and unknown people start to populate his life, all running around the popular Argentinian city to obtain the backpack which seems to be crucial to his own fate, according to the words of his new accomplice, magician and tarot reader Luminitsia.

Fernando, a naval officer, arrives in the city of Rosario to work on an oil tanker. But his move seems to conceal other motives.

It’s the first day of shooting a low-budget independent film. Juan, the director, tries to shoot a sex scene with Malena and Julián, two inexperienced young actors. But he also secretly keeps the camera running in between takes, in an attempt to capture brief moments of intimacy. Hours go by and the scene doesn’t seem to come out right. Weariness, repetition, and communication problems pile up as Juan tries to convince the actress to show more of her body. Violence will emerge as the shooting crumbles.

Three teenage friends, between bike rides, boring classes and days at the swimming pool, trigger a strong and different attraction between two of them that they did not feel before. Maybe it will be the last summer of their childhood, maybe it will be the last summer of the three of them together.
