Moon Lee plays a beautiful actress named Angel who is killed in a brutal fashion after she refuses the advances of a gangster. Cheng has been given a virtual ticket to Heaven, but he's more annoyed than grateful, and uses the Genie to perform mostly menial tasks.

At first they compete to capture each other for the rewards on their heads; but eventually work together to find the gold and expose the real bandits. However, the bandit chief isn't giving up so easily....
