Opening Night

A poster announcing the opening night of an opera. A crowd of snobs, so called »music lovers« rushes in. The tenor, well aware of his magnificence, has some troubles in his wardrobe with his button refusing to fit in his collar.

Happy End

After destruction of the world, life returns slowly and in convulsions. The being finds its home on the exact place where it was before the catastrophe, and this is the happy end.

Scarecrow

The lone scarecrow has a great desire to befriend birds, but they ignore him. His courage at a certain point completely changed the bird's perspective.

The White Avenger

In the Wild West Saloon, the Black Gunslinger has just robbed two wretches at cards. Bar singer Kitty helps him with this dark work, but quickly falls out with him over the division of the spoils. In the fight, Kitty takes all the money from Black and would have had a bad time, if the White Avenger didn't come in at the right moment, and defeat the Black villain. White rescues Kitty, but instead of thanks he receives a loud slap from her. Kitty still prefers her Black friend and leaves with him.

Martin in the Clouds

Martin and his girlfriend Zorica are two students who live as subtenants in separate flats. Since that situation has devastating effect on their love life, they yearn after the place of their own. When Martin's landlords go to the hollidays, it seems that their prayers, at least temporarily, had been listened to. However, the idilla is very short one, because other people also want to use the situation.

The Pine Tree in the Mountain

Communist party commissar Ivica is sent to the lowland village to monitor the local partisan squad. Despite their disagreements he befriends their leader Dikan and they plan to evacuate the chief headquarters. Dikan also sees the opportunity to have his personal revenge on an enemy officer, responsible for death of one of his men.

Apache Gold

The construction of the Great Western Railroad creates heavy conflict between the railway company and neighboring Indian tribes. Devil's Island

After Italian capitulation in WW2, German forces are rushing to take control of the Dalmatian coast, forcing thousands of people to take refuge. One partisan boat, filled with refugees, tries to reach a safe area, but because of a storm it must stop near a small island. While the crew tries to repair it, a German gunboat comes from nearby.

On her b-day, settler's daughter Apanatschi receives her father's secret gold mine but greedy neighboring prospectors resort to murder and kidnapping in order to get the gold, forcing the girl and her brother to seek Winnetou's protection.
