At a popular vacation destination in Crimea every evening the entertainer Lyudmila Pashkova hosts "Where are you, talents?" - a friendly competition designed to amuse vacationers. Michael Gudkov, a vacationer from the northern Russian city of Murmansk, takes up the challenge performing his favorite song "My Female Sailor". In spite of a well-received performance the host did not award a victory to him. Feeling slighted Michael decides to compete every evening with his song until he gets his well-deserved prize becoming a favorite fixture of the local competition.

Two brave friends, lovers of extreme sports, are overcome by crazy ideas. The first of them is a small aircraft pilot who performs dizzying pirouettes in the skies of the Moscow region, participates in exciting aerial battles, makes risky flights under a bridge, and lands on a highway. Vita, an employee of a private spy agency, is handed a case of tapping into and listening to the mysterious life of a new "client". By day, her work on the case seems all the more routine; by night she's involved in a steamy and passionate affair. Sooner rather than later however, Vita realizes that the man with whom she is having an affair with, is the same man she's been spying on for the agency. Journalist Shurik arrives in the Caucasus in order to study local culture and folklore, the ancient customs and traditions of the people in this region. Per chance he meets and befriends a girl in a mountainous town, the beauty Nina, which the gouvernor, wealthy and powerful local Saakhov, is planning to marry — if not willingly then by force. Using the gullible journalist as a strawman, Saakhov and his henchmen (the "Coward", the "Fool", and the "Pro", a trio of comic antiheros) are able to kidnap Nina, all seems to work according to plan. But realizing that he had been deceived, Shurik, who fell for Nina, rushes to rescue his beloved one, for a happy ending.

Voldya Sidorov, a high school student, is visited by his beloved grandfather, Yegor Kuzmich, who arrives from Nadym and brings a crystal the size of a baby’s head as a gift. The grandson and grandfather take the crystal to a pawn shop and ask for three hundred. And they’re offered three hundred... thousand dollars. The crystal turned out to be an uncut diamond...
