Esthappan and Anto are two fishermen who do not get along well. However, when Esthappan learns that Anto sings and dances well, he requests him to perform in his stage plays.

Balagopalan a coffee shop owner in a remote village gets an orphan girl- maya. she helps him in the shop and becomes dear with her neat and smart activities. kunjunni- the assistant to balagopalan who lives in the forest. he loves the forest and forest animals. he supplies the vegetables and other row materials. these simple and straight characters attracts each other.

The story takes place in a small village surrounded by hills and valleys. Young Pappu, a teenager, awaiting school results to go to college, has plenty of time on hand.
