Undercover police officer Dan Hogan infiltrates a ruthless gangster mob. Hogan’s main objective is to identify the real criminals responsible for the murder of his younger brother. After accidentally sinking a borrowed motorboat, teenager Henry Aldrich scrambles to raise the replacement cash the boat's owner demands. The catch: Henry only has two days to come up with the funds, or the boat's angry owner will turn him over to the police.

As revenge, Bottomley enters a TV quiz show that Waters' company sponsors, with the goal of winning until he bankrupts the businessman. When Bottomley keeps acing the questions, becoming a media sensation, Waters desperately calls on vixen Flame O'Neal to uncover Bottomley's area of weakness.

King Louis XI masquerades as a commoner in Paris, seeking out the treachery he is sure lurks in his kingdom.
