An black and white silent love story by director Motohiro Tajima. Guitarist Futoshi, who has broken up with his girlfriend and whose mother has fallen ill, wanders the streets in despair. One day, he meets Yuki, a hearing-impaired woman with five dogs. Futoshi is gradually drawn to Yuki, who lives despite her disability and helps care for her mother, and he decides to seriously dedicate himself to music for the sake of his mother and Yuki. Then one day, a music producer approaches him with an offer to release a CD...

Natsuo, a 29 year old aspiring manga artist, is working as an assistant while aiming for his debut, but he spends his days feeling frustrated because he can't make any progress with his writing. Natsuo starts talking to Haru, a convenience store clerk he likes, and is encouraged by her to keep going. Natsuo's work is selected for an award.

In a certain rural town, a girl calls her senior to a shrine after school to give him a love letter. As she reaches for the letter, a red string suddenly appears on her left hand. Ignoring her senior, she chases after the red string. Along the way, various things happen, but an unexpected ending awaits the girl.

Mario, who works at a media company, secretly bears an affection for Seira, the fiancee of his co-worker Shindo. As his affection escalates, he takes voyeuristic photos, but this does not satisfy him. He kidnaps and holds Seira prisoner in a store room of his house.
