Set in a special nursing home, the film depicts a female nurse who, upon learning of staff members' abuse of residents, confronts the facility's attempts to cover up the truth, while simultaneously falling passionately in love with a young, new caregiver. This film marks the first leading role for female professional wrestler Aja Kong (Erika Shishido; 宍戸江利花), who plays the protagonist nurse.
