December 31, 1999. Quebec is a few hours from year 2000 and its potential bug. Trapped in a Montreal appartement, Momo needs only one thing to survive this nightmare: couscous.

Adapted from the Quebec novel Femme forêt by Anaïs Barbeau-Lavalette, this short film takes us to the heart of the forest, celebrating the author's poetry which resonates with woman, freedom and nature, and offers us a journey that is both mystical and intimate.

In this short documentary, Sara (from Colombia) and Karla (from Mexico), now living in Quebec, write letters to loved ones who still live in their countries of origin.

Laurie and Thomas are a young couple whose relationship is faltering. As they consider buying a place together in the suburbs, they meet Michel while visiting his house, which is up for sale. The three end up spending the rest of the day together, drinking as conversations slowly bring truths to the surface.

In the middle of a subathon, a streamer must decide: keep the show going, or reconnect with the people who truly matter.
