In Class 2B of Osaka High School, a "game" called "Gurucha Slave Contest," or "Drecon" for short, was being played. The person who sends the most boring video or picture on Gurucha becomes the slave of the whole class for a month. Yoichi Hatanaka (Aren), the chosen slave, attempts to commit suicide, but then he comes across a flyer for a "curse shop.

Having failed with his business and gone absolutely penniless, Masao (45) divorced with his wife, and is currently leading a hopeless life in Ibaraki. One day, a mysterious high school girl, going by the name Emiko, showed up before Masao. Every now and then, Masao would be toyed around by Emiko, but little by little he started taking a liking to her loveliness. As days went by, Masao started opening up to Emiko – something that he rarely did to others. However, there was just something about Emiko – something that bothered Masao - that wouldn’t go away.

Though aspiring comic book artist, Michio, has a beautiful lover by the name of Suzuko, he vows to not sleep with her until his work is officially published. In order to finally create something that will sell, he informs her his next work will be an erotic comic but is taken aback by her assertion that his concept doesn’t capture the feelings of real women at all. The very same evening, one of Michio’s characters, a young demon girl, literally comes to life by pulling herself straight from his manuscript paper. Concerned about the direction of Michio’s life, the girl incarnates herself in order to help him achieve his dream. With this goal in mind, she swiftly transforms Michio into a beautiful girl called “Michiko”. Reportage writer Ayano Asama (26) covers gangs, delinquents, drugs, adult entertainment, the poverty business, the occult, and urban legends. She is constantly in trouble, being threatened by the people she interviews and being involved in illegal activities. Her parents, siblings, and acquaintances are worried about her, but Ayano continues to go her own way.
