The Book of Stone

After the dead of his mother, Daniel is put under the care of his aunt Elizabeth, a foreign woman with a severe character, who subjects the child to multiple abuses and psychological torture.

Based on the novel by Carlos Trejo, supposedly based on true events, the film retells the story of a group of friends that played the Ouija one night together and started to die one by one in mysterious ways. The only survivor was the real-life author, Carlos Trejo.

Valeria and Pablo, her husband, own an important hotel chain, which she inherited and he manages. Valeria knows that she suffers from chronic insomnia but has managed to control it and live a normal life.

A series of complex characters parade through Magdalena's life looking for themselves, such as Gabriel, the homosexual brother, and Huker, a violent judicial policeman who has an important secret. A portrait of the emotional depths of the strange and terrible Mexico City.
