Martín returns from vacation and discovers that his lifelong neighbor, Jesús, has completely changed. Intrigued and with the disapproval of his roommate, he decides to investigate what has happened to him. How far will his curiosity take him?

Alessandro, a young, idealistic, and romantic film director, crosses paths with Emma, a perfectionist theatre actress whose dream is to perform on stages across Europe. Their fleeting encounter, portrayed through a non-conventional structure reminiscent of *Bohemian Lights*, reveals that love appears when and where we least expect it. We accompany the protagonists on a journey through a timeless Madrid, filled with colorful characters such as: a megalomaniacal and jealous actor named The Interesting Actor; an obscene film producer called Stefano Clemente; and a priest and a nun searching for anisette. These almost phantasmagorical figures compel the two young protagonists to question their ways of believing and loving.

Three people are trapped in their daily lives looking into the past, only one of them learns to look into the future. When a dream dies and the heart cries Shahradoba is the word they whisper under their breath.

It's night time. A girl and her boy abandon themselves to the swinging of a swing set in a random urban park, enjoying their sensual reunion until, suddenly, the experience comes to an end. Under the sun, three girls will feel a strange fixation for the swings they come across.

It has been several hours since a young man got stuck returning from the swimming pool. In the distance another young man passing by comes across the scene and seems to know what to do when someone gets stuck.

A group of neighbors has been evicted from the communal housing where they had lived all their lives. They decide to take revenge on the speculator responsible for the injustice. Led by Lázaro, the oldest neighbor and a man of strong convictions, their aim is making him pay for the consequences of his greed and send a message to the rest of the world.

Madrid, Spain. The Good Friday procession of the Real Hermandad y Cofradía de Nazarenos de Nuestro Padre Jesús "El Divino Cautivo" is about to begin, but it starts raining.
