The Visitor

Seventeen-year-old Yasha is rebelling against authority. But in the USSR of 1990, some opposing forces are more dangerous than others. Determined not to give in, Yasha’s need for self-expression will propel him to the precipice of irreparable harm.

A psychology postgraduate student escorts two patients and their nurse to a seaside psychiatric clinic. Along their journey, they break through each other's barriers, delve into the sources of their various traumas, and discover the lasting imprints left on their fragile souls.

29-year-old Ilona and her boyfriend have just moved into a new apartment in a block of flats. Film is based on the novel „History From The Cloud” by Marius Ivaškevičius. It is a story about a man called Marius and his meetings with various different people. The goal is to make a bargain: people can buy a character in Marius’s novel. However, all these bargains are the cover of his secret.

On New Year’s morning, Sharunas wakes up next to the charming guy Martin, while his girlfriend Iveta is in the shower. Sharunas can’t help but wonder if things will ever be the same again. Meantime, Martin wishes him a Happy Next Year.

Eleonore and Jonas, an elderly couple, invite a real estate agent round to sell their flat. While Eleonore barely speaks, Jonas reminisces about their first encounter, which happened 60 years ago in this very flat.
